Record Components:

currentVersion - the current version

targetVersionNumber - the target versionNumber. If not present (mainly in case of upgrades), the target version is taken from the configuration.

configuration - the action configuration

versionListId - the encapsulating MigrationEngine.VersionList's id, or null if not known
